Behavioral Tech, LLC. foundational training for dialectical behavior therapy skill building founded by Dr. Marsha Linehan. DBT trains mental health care providers and treatment teams who work with complex and severely disordered populations to practice mindfulness techniques, conduct a behavioral chain analysis, improve interpersonal effectiveness, understand emotion regulation and increase distress tolerance to replace negative behaviors such as self-harm and substance abuse in tandem to increasing in coping skills.
